Physician Assistant | Urology & Men’s Health | U.S. Army Ranger Veteran
Gabriel Pelaez is a nationally certified Physician Assistant with a strong foundation in high-pressure, mission-driven medicine. His journey in healthcare began as a U.S. Army Ranger Medic, where he completed three combat deployments—two in Iraq and one in Afghanistan—gaining invaluable frontline experience in trauma and acute care.
After his military service, Gabriel earned his Bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southern University and later received his Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Drexel University in 2017.
He began his clinical career at Berks County Jail in Leesport, PA, where he managed a wide spectrum of complex medical cases in a fast-paced, underserved population. It was here that he first developed a strong interest in urology. In 2022, he joined Brandywine Urology Consultants, where he provides comprehensive urologic care to patients of all ages.
Gabriel has a special interest in men’s sexual health, including erectile dysfunction, testosterone replacement therapy, and overall hormonal wellness. Known for his approachable manner and thorough care, he is passionate about helping men regain confidence and improve quality of life through evidence-based treatment.
Originally from Miami, Florida, Gabriel now resides in Springfield, Pennsylvania with his daughter and son. He brings discipline, empathy, and dedication to every patient interaction, shaped by years of military service and clinical practice.
